How to check the status of your order

You can check the status of your order via the online chat by providing the email address used for the purchase and your order number.

You can also do it from your account:

  1. Log in.
  2. Go to “My account”.
  3. Access “My orders”.
  4. Select the order you want to check.


Possible order statuses:
  1. Pending: We have received your order, but payment has not yet been confirmed (common with bank transfers).
  2. Confirmed: Your order is being prepared.
  3. Cancelled:The order has been cancelled.
  4. Delivered: The order has been delivered.

You will also receive an email with the tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
