Can I make changes to my order or cancel it before I receive it?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified, which means that items cannot be added or replaced.
However, you may cancel products or quantities depending on the status of your order:

If your order has not yet been shipped: you can cancel it directly from your customer account and then place a new order with the desired items.

If your order has already been shipped: you will need to wait until you receive it and then initiate the return process for the unwanted products from your customer account.
