When will I receive the refund for my returned order?
Once we have received the product at our warehouse, we will check that everything is in order and that the item has not suffered any damage. After verification, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
This timeframe may vary depending on public holidays or your bank’s processing times.
Please note that if the returned product is not in optimal condition, a minimum refurbishment fee of 20% will be charged and deducted from your refund.
