If, upon receiving your order, you find that a product is damaged, missing parts, or you are simply not satisfied and wish to return it, you have 14 consecutive days from the delivery date to request a return or report an issue.
All components must be returned in the same condition as received. If the original packaging is not preserved, the product may suffer depreciation. If the returned product is not in perfect condition, a minimum refurbishment fee of 20% will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
Once the product has been received, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
If the product arrives damaged due to transportation, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so that we can arrange an exchange or a refund at no cost.
Please check the order for visible damage to the packaging and record it on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product in accordance with our Warranty Policy, at no additional cost.
If the product received does not match what was ordered, you have 48 hours after receipt to report the issue.
Officechair365 will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivering the correct one.
How to proceed:
Log in to your customer account*.
Go to the “My Orders” section.
Select the relevant order and click on “Create issue/return”.
Complete the request by indicating the product, quantity, and the option that best fits your situation. You may also upload images, suggest a pickup time (if applicable), and add additional comments.
After submitting the request, our after-sales team will contact you to follow up on the process and inform you of the next steps.
For collection to take place, the product must be disassembled, in its original packaging, and include all internal protective elements.
The collection will be carried out using the same shipping service selected at the time of purchase.
All our products come with a 3-year warranty, valid from the date of delivery.
The process for reporting an issue covered by the warranty is the same as described above.
If the purchase was made as a guest, it will be necessary to create an account using the same email address used for the order and then follow the indicated steps.
