If you need to change your billing details, you have several options depending on the status of your order:
Before placing the order
You can modify your billing details directly from your customer account. Log in, go to the “Address book” section, select the billing address, and click “Edit”. You can also create a new billing address if you prefer.
During the checkout process
At the final step of checkout, you will be able to update your details in the “Billing and delivery address” section.
After placing the order
If your order has already been confirmed but has not yet been shipped, please contact us via the billing form available in your account and we will help you update the details.
If the order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can review the available options.
